Our Journey
Marcello & Monique first met on September 2016 at their campus dormitory in Leura, NSW, Australia. They started off as best-friends at first, then even stopped being best-friends for a few months! Long story short, Marcello, who stayed in Melbourne at the time for internship, visited Sydney back on April 2017, and reconciled with Monique! Both Marcello & Monique felt something ‘different’ ever since that day when they reconciled the friendship on April 23rd, 2017! Funny that to this date, still no one wanted to admit who first had this ‘butterfly feelings’! At that time, the only thing that mattered was that WhatsApp notification from each other! Marcello & Monique officially started their relationship on June 7th, 2017, @9:47pm inside the Sydney Opera House! The couple then started a business together, MARQUE.CO, and decided to go back to Indonesia on March 2021. Until finally, Marcello proposed to Monique on 18th of August, 2022 in Bali! By the grace of God, Marcello & Monique look forward to start their new chapter of life together, which will be full of love, laughter, and joy!
